How do I get a Boaz Public Library card?

Boaz residents and those within a 20-mile radius are welcome to get a library card at no charge. Nonresidents may obtain a card for $20 per individual year or $40 per family per year. Everyone must present an updated ID and proof of address and 2 phone references of friends or families (in different households) than can notify you regarding overdue materials in the event that we cannot contact you directly. Children less than 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent/guardian to obtain a card.

You can also apply for a library card online here. Please fill out the necessary information and a librarian will inform you when your card is ready!
