How do I get a Boaz Public Library card?

Boaz residents and those within a 20-mile radius are welcome to get a library card at no charge. Nonresidents may obtain a card for $10 per year. Everyone must present an updated ID and proof of address and 2 phone references of friends or families (in different households) than can notify you regarding overdue materials in the event that we cannot contact you directly. Children less than 16 years old must be accompanied by a parent/guardian to obtain a card.
