If you got a citation, you should go to court on the specified date on the ticket, or you should pay the specified amount by the magistrate. If you don’t pay or go to court, the court will issue a warrant for your arrest and forfeit bail according to law. If you have an Alabama driver’s license or from another state, your license will be suspended until you contact the Department of Public Safety of Alabama or the state that issued your license.

If you don’t have a driver’s license you cannot drive a motor vehicle, the international license is not valid if you are a resident of this state already. The children that are less than five years of age and weight less than fifty-one pounds need to ride in the back seat with a child restraint/child seat. The children need to be older than twelve for them to ride in the front passenger seat and with the seat belt on.

The ID card should have you personal information like your full name, date of birth, and address.

You need to be very careful with your property such as your vehicles and your residence. Make sure that you lock all the doors and windows locked. Don’t leave any valuables in your vehicle like wallets, purses, jewelry, or money. It’s better that you keep your valuables with you at all times.
