Picture Page

Here you will find pictures taken from officers within the department as well as some from other sources. We will attempt to give credit to those sources. Some of these pictures may be seen on other pages also.

There is not an appropriate title for these....

"Abuse" is a word we hear often, and unfortunately, all of us tend to get used to hearing it's mention. And then something comes up to refresh it's meaning and remind us that it is not a term to be taken lightly. Recently we had to go to a home where we had a report of abuse. In this particular situation, the word alone cannot quite convey the setting. Actually, I can't think of a word, or even several words that can describe this. I started to place these pictures on this page. Then I realized due to the nature of these photos, there would need to be some type of warning before they were seen. These pictures do not contain images of people. They are only of the environment that a family was living in. These pictures are repulsive. There is no better way to describe them.
