School Resource Officer (S.R.O.)

The SRO Program places deputies in schools in an effort to create and maintain a safe learning environment. The Boaz City Police Department currently employs (VACANT) as our School Resource Officer whose duties are not only to deter violence and other crimes within our schools, but also to provide students with a positive role model to encourage them to make smart choices.
