The City of Boaz contracted with Revenue Discovery Systems (RDS) to collect sales tax. The RDS team has
seup a new website at www.salestaxonline.com. Connie Taylor is the RDS Account Representative for the City
of Boaz.  You may reach Ms. Taylor at 1-205-423-4144 or toll free at 1-800-556-7274.
Notice

The recycling effort is going strong in Boaz and we need you to get involved!


The following items are being accepted:

 

  • Cardboard

    (including household - flattened please)

  • Newspapers

    (all paper must stay dry or it can’t be recycled)

  • Magazines
  • Hardback books
  • Office paper
  • Telephone books
  • Plastic
  • Glass

  • Cans

    (aluminum and metal)

  

 

If you can, please wash out containers and take lids off plastic bottles.  You can put the lids in recycling too!
