Lieutenant
Jason Bouldin started his
firefighting career at the Boaz Fire
Department in October of 1995 as a P.O.C. Firefighter. In July of 1997
Jason was employed as a career firefighter with the City Of Albertville.
At this time he obtained his Firefighter I, Firefighter II, and EMT
Certifications. In March of 1999 Jason became a full-time
Fire-fighter with the City of Boaz. |

Since joining The Boaz Fire Department, Jason has
attended many schools and classes, obtaining certifications in ODP Live
Agent Training, High
Angle Rope Rescue Technician, Structural Collapse Technician, Confined Space
Rescue Technician, Trench Rescue Technician, Haz-Mat Technician, NIMS
(National Incident Management System), Introduction To Technical Rescue,
Tactical Medic, Clandestine Methamphetamine Lab Training and Spanish for EMT's and Paramedics. Jason has obtained the required classes to be
recognized as a Rescue Specialist. As well as attending classes, Jason
also serves on the Marshall County Medium Rescue Team. Jason is the coordinator for the Muscular Dystrophy
Association's "Fill The Boot" drive, Marshall County Relay For Life
coordinator, member of the City of Boaz Web Development Team, Fire
Department webmaster, and is currently
enrolled in Paramedic School at Gadsden State Community College. Jason was
awarded Boaz Community Civitans Firefighter Of The Year for 2004.
Jason lives in Boaz with his
wife Mindy and daughter Madison. They attend St. Paul United Methodist
Church. |
