Youth baseball and softball registration will be Jan. 19-Feb. 21.

Registration fee will be $50. A copy of the players birth certificate is needed.

The Recreation Department is accepting applications for summer employment. Positions available include lifeguards, concession workers and scorekeepers at the baseball and softball complex's and ground maintenance. Applicants must be at least 16 years of age. Applications can be obtained at the Recreation Center, Boaz City Hall or you can download an application at www.cityofboaz.org. The deadline for applications to be turned in is February 29, 2012.
